Registration fees for the Main Congress are as follows:

Note:

1. ISI Elected, ISI Regular, ISI Associations’ members and ISI Institutional/ex officio, Corporate and Affiliate members.

   ISI Institutional/ex officio, Corporate and Affiliate members: Two people (the representative plus one extra person) are entitled to the rates of ISI members. The representative has to be informed who the extra person is and the representative can assign someone else to take his/her place if he/she is not attending. The ISI office has to be informed if the representative assigns someone else and who the extra person is.

   The annual membership fee/contributions has to be paid to be eligible to receive the registration reduction.

2. Full time students. Please refer to item no (5) of section III in the Terms and Conditions of Registration on document required. Students can attend the Scientific Programme, Opening/Closing Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner and have access to the exhibition.

3. Accompanying person can attend the Opening/Closing Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner and have access to the exhibition.

SPECIAL RATE FOR ISM MEMBERS

1. ISM members who register for the 62 ^nd ISI WSC 2019 are entitled for a discount equivalent to RM380, depending on the types of membership, as follows:
   • For Ordinary and Associate members, RM272 discount from the registration fees and a free 3-year ISM Ordinary membership fees equivalent to RM108. Consequently, registration fees for the main congress is RM1,528 (for early bird only);
   • For Life members, RM380 discount from the registration fees. Thus, the registration fees for the main congress is RM1,420 (for early bird only); and
   • For Corporate members, RM380 discount from the registration fees each for a maximum of 2 delegates.
2. The discount on the registration fees is applicable to early bird registration only.
3. An ISM member who is also an ISI member can select to register as an ISI or ISM member, and be entitled to the applicable discount from the registration fees.
4. Malaysian delegates who are not ISM members, but wish to enjoy the special rate, must register as ISM members. Please fill in a form, which is available on the ISM website at http://instatmalaysia.com/ and email to Professor Dr. Ghapor Hussin ( abdulghapor@gmail.com).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

1. General
   1. Completing the registration process constitutes a legally binding contract.
   2. It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure that the information, including any financial details, provided for the registration are correct.
      
   
   
2. Registration Entitlement
   1. Upon payment of registration fees, delegates (excluding the accompanying person) may attend the Scientific Programme, Opening/Closing Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and associated meetings/discussions/talks organised during the congress, and have access to the exhibition. Delegates are also entitled to a congress bag and other related materials.
   2. Fees for Malaysia by Night, accommodation and optional tours are NOT included in the registration fees.
      
      
3. Registration Process and Payment
   1. Delegates can register via the online Registration System, which is available from 1 December 2018 to 4 August 2019. After 4 August 2019, registration can only be done on-site at congress venue on 18 August 2019.
   2. A copy of the duly completed Registration Form can be printed from the Registration System. Separately, an acknowledgement letter to confirm the registration will be sent via email to each delegate.
   3. To enjoy the early-bird rate, full payment of the registration fee must be received by the Organiser by 31 May 2019. Upon full payment, an official receipt and a letter to confirm participation will be issued via email to each delegate.
   4. Malaysian delegates from the Government agencies who are using the Local Order (LO) for payment are required to complete the registration online and send a copy of the duly completed Registration Form to the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat via email at secretariat@isi2019.org or by facsimile to (+603) 4257 1133. Delegates are required to send the original LO to the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat before 31 May 2019 to enjoy the early-bird rate.
   5. For students who wish to register and be entitled for the student registration fees, a letter or document from the relevant learning institution needs to be submitted to the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat via e-mail at secretariat@isi2019.org to confirm the student status before registration.
   6. Payment of registration fees can be made via
      1. Credit/Debit card (Visa & MasterCard only);
      2. Telegraphic transfer; or
      3. Local order (Applicable to Malaysian Government agencies only. Original LO needs to be submitted to the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat before 4 August 2019 for verification).
   7. The confirmation letter contains the QR code. Delegates are therefore required to bring the confirmation letter to the congress to facilitate validation of participation and collection of congress materials at the Registration Counter at the congress venue.
      
   
   
4. Registration Transfer
   1. All registrations are transferrable to another delegate before or on 4 August 2019.
   2. Transfer request, including a duly completed Registration Form of the new delegate via the online Registration System, must be submitted to the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat via email at secretariat@isi2019.org or by facsimile to (+603) 4257 1133.
   3. No transfers of registration will be allowed after 4 August 2019.
      
   
   
5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
   1. Delegates wishing to cancel registration must notify the ISI WSC 2019 Secretariat via email at secretariat@isi2019.org or by facsimile to (603) 4257 1133.
   2. Cancellation charges for all categories of registration, including Malaysia by Night, shall apply as follows:
      1. Refund of 90% of registration fee for cancellation made before 16 June 2019;
      2. Refund of 60% of registration fee for cancellation made from 16 June to 31 June 2019;
      3. Refund of 30% of registration fee for cancellation made from 1 July to 4 August 2019;
      4. Refund of MYR140 for cancellation of Malaysia by Night made before 4 August 2019; and
      5. No refund of registration fee, including Malaysia by Night, for cancellation made after 4 August 2019 or non-presence on event day.
   3. The Organiser reserves the right to make alteration to any of the arrangements for ISI WSC 2019, including the cancellation of the congress, should unforeseen circumstances require such action and will inform the delegates on changes, if any. There shall not be any additional liability to the Organiser of ISI WSC 2019, event organiser or any other individuals/organisations associated with the organisation of the congress.
   4. In the special circumstances that the entire congress has to be cancelled, the Organiser will refund the registration fee to the delegates. However, the Organiser will not be liable for other associated costs, e.g. accommodation and travelling expenses, and any inconvenience incurred to the delegates due to the cancellation.
   5. Short courses may be cancelled if there is insufficient enrolment. The registration fee will be refunded in full for any course that is cancelled.
   6. Refunds will be paid within 30 working days after confirmation of cancellation by delegates or cancellation of the congress by the Organiser.
      
   
   
6. Privacy Policy
   1. The Organiser will maintain and manage the delegate's personal data in accordance with the provisions in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA).
   2. For promotional purposes, photographs and video recordings will be taken during the congress. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the Organiser in writing, prior to the congress, via email at secretariat@isi2019.org or by facsimile to (+603) 4257 1133. The photographs and videos may be published by the Organiser in any manner as they think fit. Delegates who have taken part in any photographs or videos are considered to have agreed with such publication.
      
   
   
7. Liability
   1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the congress and other matters related to it, if deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to delegates or other parties concerned.
   2. This agreement to the terms and conditions of the registration and all disputes are subject to the Malaysian Law.
   3. Delegates shall authorise the Organiser to use all information given in Registration Form for computerised handling of the congress by the Organiser and event organiser.
